Nature of our services
Physical Share Consultants is an independent consultancy that provides assistance and documentation support for share-related matters, such as physical share certificates, dematerialisation, transmission, IEPF claims, unclaimed dividends, name corrections and related paperwork.
No affiliation with any authority
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), any depository (NSDL / CDSL), any government body, or any company or Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). Official forms and processes can be accessed directly from the relevant authorities.
No guarantee of outcome or timeline
Every case is decided by the relevant company, RTA, depository participant, court or authority. Outcomes and timelines depend on their verification, rules and processing, and on the documents available. We do not guarantee the recovery of any shares or dividends, or any particular timeline. Any timelines we mention are typical estimates only.

Fees
